Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Pharmacy Technician, based in Richardson, TX. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for preparing and dispensing prescriptions, assisting pharmacists, managing inventory, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, addressing patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Prescription management and knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Certified Pharmacy Technician license with understanding of pharmacy regulations
- Skills in Inventory Control, including restocking and inventory management
- Strong Customer Service abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with relevant pharmacy systems and technology
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Understanding of medications and compounding techniques is a plus
