Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at our Wilmington, NC office for a Sales Development Representative. The responsibilities include performing inside sales, identifying and generating qualified leads, initiating contact with potential clients by email and phone, and actively supporting business development initiatives. The Sales Development Representative will build relationships to understand client needs and promote the company's payment processing solutions effectively while collaborating with the sales team to meet company and individual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development practices
- High level of organization, goal-oriented mindset, and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize sales software and CRM tools
- Previous experience in payment processing or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation
- Year 1: $45k OTE (base commission)
- Year 2: $70k OTE
- Year 3 : $100k OTE, with top agents earning $300k as you build accounts and increase your earning potential
