  • Coordinate schedule updates, milestone tracking, and development timing changes to provide timely visibility into operational performance and capital program execution.
  • Support development planning efforts through scenario evaluation and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changing operational, financial, regulatory, or market conditions.
  • Generate and distribute planning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that improve visibility into schedule status, development progress, and key operational indicators.
  • Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, reserves planning, and forecast processes by providing schedule-driven inputs and development timing assumptions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities that improve capital efficiency and project execution.
  • Maintain planning data integrity by validating schedule assumptions, dependencies, and development criteria across functional teams.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of planning tools, reporting capabilities, and automated workflows to improve data accessibility and decision support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, forecasting, and business processes through application of new technologies, analytics, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and presentations to management regarding development plans, operational performance, and strategic planning alternatives.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another accredited engineering discipline, with a minimum of five years of experience in upstream oil and gas, including planning, development engineering, reserves, operations engineering, drilling and completions, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience supporting integrated development planning, capital program management, scheduling, forecasting, or cross-functional operations coordination.

  • Working knowledge of upstream oil and gas development workflows, including drilling, completions, production operations, facilities, and capital planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
