Independent Contractor | Advanced Wound Care
Infinity Medical Consulting is expanding its national clinical network and is seeking licensed providers to deliver advanced wound care services to Medicare Part B beneficiaries aged 65 and older in residential or facility-based settings.
This opportunity is well suited for Podiatrists, Wound Care Physicians, Primary Care Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners, including clinicians with established practices, who are experienced in managing chronic or non-improving wounds and are interested in receiving patient referrals through a coordinated care model.
Infinity Medical Consulting supports independent wound care clinicians by connecting them with patients who require advanced wound care services after standard approaches have not produced adequate progress. Care is delivered in accordance with Medicare Part B guidelines and in coordination with existing care teams.
- Independent contractor clinical role
- In-home wound care services for referred patients
- Flexibility to manage clinical care, documentation, and billing independently
- Patient referrals provided through Infinity Medical Consulting
- Evaluation and management of chronic wounds that have not sufficiently responded to standard care
- Use of advanced wound care therapies, including biologic grafts, in accordance with clinical judgment and Medicare requirements
- Patient and caregiver education related to wound care plans
- MD, DO, DPM, or Nurse Practitioner
- Active license and established practice preferred
- Experience in wound care (advanced therapies preferred)
- Medicare-credentialed (Part B)
- Comfortable providing in-home or facility-based care
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Access to patients requiring advanced wound care services
- Flexible, independent contractor arrangement
