Health benefits 100% covered. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of logistics and inventory management systems. This role involves managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will coordinate team activities, optimize warehouse workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving activities, picking and packing ops.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms.
• Oversee materials handling, heavy lifting, and the operation of forklifts while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution and streamline processes for e-commerce fulfillment and 3PL partnerships.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and manage staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shipping & receiving schedules and inventory management goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution operations; prior warehouse supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), AS400, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment including forklifts; mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics, 3PL operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling processes. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a growing organization committed to operational excellence and safety standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
