Job Summary

Infinity Lines Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Parking Lot Line Painter / Pavement Marking Laborer to join our team. This position involves painting parking lot lines, laying out pavement marking projects, reading site plans, and assisting with various pavement maintenance and site preparation tasks.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that offers the opportunity to learn a specialized trade within the pavement marking industry. Successful candidates will work outdoors in varying weather conditions and must be comfortable with early morning starts, extended workdays, and a schedule that may vary based on project demands and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Layout parking lots, roadways, and pavement marking projects using blueprints, site plans, and measuring equipment.
• Operate line striping and pavement marking equipment to apply parking stall lines, handicap markings, directional arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, and other pavement markings.
• Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, blowing, and preparing pavement before painting.
• Load, unload, and transport paint, materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Measure and mark layouts accurately to ensure compliance with project specifications and ADA requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project drawings.
• Perform general labor duties, including lifting materials, setting up traffic control devices, and maintaining equipment.
• Assist with stencil placement and application of specialty markings and signage.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of striping machines, tools, and vehicles.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
• Experience with parking lot striping, pavement marking, construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Experience reading blueprints or construction plans is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Work Schedule

• Hours vary based on project schedules and customer requirements.
• Early morning starts are common.
• Extended workdays and occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
