Full-Time Position
We're seeking an organized and proactive Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the driving force keeping everything running smoothly—from managing schedules and inventory to ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Schedule Management
- Create and manage technician and front desk schedules
- Track employee hours and ensure proper coverage
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to staff
- Ensure all team members follow established protocols and procedures
Customer Service & Sales
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Manage package discounts, specials, and ongoing promotions
- Ensure waiver form compliance for all clients
- Actively gather and manage customer reviews
Daily Operations
- Oversee payment collection and processing
- Complete end-of-day bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Manage supply inventory and reorder as needed
- Assign and maintain machine/equipment assignments
- Monitor and enforce cleanliness standards throughout the facility
Quality Control
- Conduct regular checks to ensure staff are performing their duties properly
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
- Address performance issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with grace
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with basic bookkeeping and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
