- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Manage floor care activities including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to preserve flooring quality.
- Assist with outdoor work as needed, including patio or garden cleanup to enhance curb appeal.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, surface sanitation, and floor care methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, moving furniture, or outdoor work.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents and supplies along with proper usage protocols.
- Previous experience in housekeeper management or residential housekeeping is preferred but not required.
