Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
- Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Conduct industrial cleaning procedures in large or specialized spaces using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.
- Handle custodial duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring all common areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting to support overall facilities upkeep.
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is highly desirable.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or pressure washers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
