What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Receiver position at Infinity Images?
SUMMARY
Infinity Images is looking for a warehouse receiver to join our warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment at the dock, and are processed into inventory in a timely and organized manner. Working closely with purchasing, project managers, and production teams, you’ll verify in bound shipments for accuracy. Your strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, production-driven environment will help maintain smooth dock operations and support the overall success of our warehouse and fabrication teams.
LOCATION
This role will require on-site work at our NE Portland location.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Receive, unload, and process incoming deliveries from carriers and freight providers.
- Examine materials for damage, confirm counts, and match items to purchase orders or packing documents.
- Accurately log all incoming products and materials into the inventory tracking system.
- Report any shortages, overages, or damaged goods promptly to the Inventory Coordinator or Warehouse Manager.
- Sort, stage, and organize received items for proper storage or movement to the appropriate departments.
- Keep the dock and receiving areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with purchasing manager & warehouse staff to maintain an efficient, continuous flow of materials through the facility.
- Support general warehouse operations and take on additional tasks as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics.
- Must have strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

COMPENSATION
The salary range is $25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
