Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, janitorial supplies, and proper use of cleaning detergents.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions comfortably.
