Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Performs housekeeping duties, such as removing trash, replacing linens and towels, and replenishing amenities.
- Provides exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Operates laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Pays attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.
- Manages time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes.
- Manages inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, and reports shortages to supervisor.
- Adheres to hygiene standards and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Supports overall hotel operations by assisting with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and guest service skills.

- Previous experience in a hotel environment.
