Job Duties and Responsibilities

• You will clean and prepare banquet rooms for events, ensuring they are spotless and ready for setup.
• You will set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and other materials.
• You will meticulously set tables according to established standards, paying close attention to detail.
• You will assist with room service duties as needed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• You will carry and move heavy objects, such as tables, chairs, and equipment, requiring physical stamina.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a hospitality setting is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Knowledge/Skills

• You demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• You possess excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet setup or similar roles.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly. You will be on your feet for extended periods. The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak event periods.
