- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to answer inquiries and provide appointment information
- Review medical documentation, care plans, and medical records for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize appointment flow and reduce wait times
- Maintain detailed records of scheduling activities, cancellations, reschedules, and patient communications
- Assist with administrative support tasks including filing, data entry, and updating patient information in various office management
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy (10 key typing preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally and courteously
- Ability to review medical documentation thoroughly and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
