We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Making out bound call to schedule appointments with homeowners
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
