Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our technology and business solutions
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM software such as Salesforce
- Confirm upcoming appointments with clients via phone or email, providing clear information and answering any preliminary questions
- Engage in active negotiation to secure appointment times that align with both client availability and sales priorities
- Maintain detailed records of all communications, appointments, and follow-up tasks within our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates

Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments with a focus on appointment setting or customer engagement
