About the Role: We’re hiring a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant who can also act as a “floating” team member. This means you’ll help with office tasks, support our production team, and step into different roles when needed.
Some days you’ll be scheduling projects and talking with subcontractors, other days you might be helping management or covering for someone who’s out. No two days are exactly the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle general administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing, etc.)
- Help schedule and organize home improvement projects
- Communicate with subcontractors to keep jobs on track
- Support both the production and management teams
- Step in and help cover responsibilities when team members are absent
- Keep things organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who shows up on time and is dependable
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Comfortable switching between different responsibilities
- Good communication skills
- Able to “go with the flow” in a busy environment
Bonus if you have administrative or office experience, but not required.
