We are currently seeking a Human Resources Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our facilities. This role will provide hands-on HR support, including guidance on labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, policy implementation, retention strategies, and terminations.
What We're Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in human resources within the long-term care or healthcare industry
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills
Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Unions
