The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. This position works collaboratively on the clinical floor alongside providers and clinical team members to support direct patient care, Patient Centered Care initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and care coordination for medical patients.
The ideal candidate is committed to advancing patient health outcomes through evidence-based nursing practice, teamwork, and attention to patient experience. This role provides the opportunity to practice within an integrated, team-based healthcare model while contributing to the ongoing growth and strength of our organization and the communities we serve.

Education/Experience:
- Current RN license required.
- Knowledge of nursing care in accordance with regulations and practices established by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
- Consistent demonstration of a team approach to care.
- Ability to consistently meet the department work schedule as designated.
- Computer literate.
- Two years nursing experience preferred.
