Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Infinity Health Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Hamilton, Montana. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

Our clinic is uniquely located on a collaborative health and fitness campus that includes a CrossFit gym, chiropractic clinic, yoga studio, and a direct primary care medical practice. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare and fitness professionals on campus
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current or eligible Montana PT license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in active populations and wellness-based care is a plus
