Position Overview
Infinity Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and energetic Party Coordinator / Party Host to create memorable birthday party experiences for children and families. This position is responsible for planning, hosting, supervising, and ensuring the success of birthday parties and special events held at our facility.
The ideal candidate loves working with children, has strong customer service skills, and can confidently manage groups while maintaining a fun, safe, and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome party families and guests upon arrival.
- Set up party rooms, decorations, tables, and supplies.
- Lead organized gym activities, games, obstacle courses, and open gym play.
- Supervise children to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist families with cake, presents, and party timeline management.
- Communicate professionally with parents and guests.
- Complete cleaning and facility reset tasks after each party.
- Maintain party supplies and inventory.
- Assist with special events, open gyms, and seasonal programs as needed.
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with children and families.
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable speaking to groups of children and adults.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively participate in gym activities.
- Previous experience in childcare, gymnastics, education, recreation, camps, or customer service preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hosting parties or events.
- Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, ninja, or sports background.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
