Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Head Soccer Coach. The Head Soccer Coach will lead the preparation and execution of coaching programs, assist in curriculum development, and oversee team training and development. They will work with participants to enhance their soccer skills through advanced coaching methods and ensure alignment with the mission of fostering global soccer knowledge. The role will also involve communication with teams and stakeholders to effectively coordinate schedules and activities.
Qualifications
Experience and expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football
Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with teams, players, and stakeholders
Background in Education and Coaching to support player development with structured methodologies
A passion for soccer with the ability to inspire and motivate players
Familiarity with or experience in international soccer cultures and practices is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field preferred
Soccer coaching certifications or professional qualifications are highly desirable
