Verizon Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent our partner brands’ products directly to customers in the assigned territory near Tampa Bay Area, introducing wireless and high-speed broadband services
- Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their connectivity needs and recommend tailored sales solutions
- Train alongside top sales leaders to master consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Use point-of-sale systems to build service packages and complete sales transactions
- Help onboard and mentor new sales team members as you grow into a leadership track
- Participate in daily Verizon Enrollment Representative team meetings focused on sales strategy, customer satisfaction, and performance goals
Verizon Enrollment Representative Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred, not required.
- Previous experience as a Verizon Enrollment Representative, Brand Ambassador, or Retail Associate is a strong plus
- Clear and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to learn and earn
- Must be able to work locally in the Tampa Bay Area (this is not a remote position)
