We are currently hiring a motivated Entry Level Customer Assistant to join our Tampa Bay team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals, and wants to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As an Entry Level Customer Assistant, you will learn how to identify customer needs, introduce Verizon wireless and broadband services, and turn customer conversations into meaningful sales opportunities. You will receive ongoing sales training, product education, and coaching designed to strengthen your confidence and help you succeed throughout the sales process. No prior sales experience? No problem. If you’ve provided great customer service in a bar, restaurant, or store, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Assistant - Verizon
- Connect with prospective customers, identify new sales opportunities, and introduce Verizon wireless and high-speed broadband services.
- As an Entry Level Customer Assistant, confidently ask questions to understand customer connectivity needs and create personalized sales recommendations based on available products and services.
- Present Verizon plans, promotions, pricing, and service features clearly while guiding customers through the sales process.
- Build service packages, complete customer enrollments, and maintain accurate sales and customer account information.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while participating in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and performance development to better serve each customer.
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Customer Assistants and leadership to share successful sales strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and improve overall sales results.
