Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII)

Infinity Flight Group, located at the Trenton-Mercer Airport (KTTN), Trenton, NJ, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting flight training in accordance with established syllabus and procedures
• Providing ground and flight instruction to students, including pre-flight and post-flight briefings
• Evaluating and documenting student progress and making recommendations for further training as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of flight instruction given to students
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and safety procedures
• Maintaining a safe and professional learning environment for students
• Conducting checkrides and assisting with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Hold a valid FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) and FAA Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII). MultiEngine (MEI) preferred
• Hold a valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating (CPL/IR)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Be able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Have a strong commitment to safety and professionalism
