What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Advocate position at Infinity Dental Spring Lake?
Infinity Dental is searching for a full time experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Dental Treatment advocate to add to our Spring Lake practice.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the providers and the patients by making financial arrangements simple, allowing the patient to say YES to treatment.
- Review treatment plan, insurance estimates and total investment for dental treatment, options for payment and secure accurate payments.
- Ability to accurately estimate insurance coverage. Educate patient on insurance limitations VS health needs.
- Utilize all financing programs Infinity offers when patients request financing.
- Exhibit strong 5 Star customer service skills
- Be comfortable with financial conversations
Experience
Candidate must have a financial background, have customer service experience, friendly personality, be technology driven, possess forward thinking skills, see the big picture, eliminate barriers by answering all questions from patients regarding finances, have the ability to multitask as well as stay on task, reprioritize throughout the day, be extremely organized and have a strong willingness to learn and grow. Financial background is helpful, specifically banking or financing. Dental office and Dentrix Ascend experience is necessary.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
