Infinity Creative Agency (ICA) is seeking a Junior Editorial PR Manager to support our growing Fashion Department. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, driven professional with 2–3 years of experience in public relations—preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or related fields—who is eager to deepen their understanding of editorial strategy and media relations.
As a Junior Editorial PR Manager, you’ll work closely with senior team members on client initiatives, editorial campaigns, and media outreach efforts, gaining hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to client success. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with media contacts to support client press opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to editors, stylists, and media professionals to secure placement opportunities.
- Contribute to writing and editing press materials including pitches, press releases, bios, and backgrounders.
- Support in the execution of editorial PR strategies and storytelling initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Track editorial calendars and news trends to identify timely opportunities for client coverage.
- Support the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person press events, including securing attendance and managing logistics.
- Help monitor, compile, and organize press coverage for client reporting.
- Create and maintain target media lists and editorial contact databases.
- Draft meeting notes, internal agendas, and follow-ups for client and team meetings.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments relevant to our clients.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of public relations or editorial experience, preferably within an agency or fashion/lifestyle brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of key fashion, beauty, and lifestyle publications (digital and print).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to tone and brand voice.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Mac OS, G Suite, and PR tools/platforms (Cision, Launchmetrics, etc. a plus).
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
