We are searching for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to help us attract and retain the top talent that drives our business forward.
Job Summary:
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategy to onboarding. You will collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and ensure we attract high-caliber candidates who align with our unique culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs, forecast talent demands, and plan for future growth.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with business long-term goals and workforce needs.
- Job Postings & Employer Branding: Manage job postings on internal job boards and external platforms, including social media while ensuring that our brand is well-represented in all postings.
- Sourcing & Selection: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various external channels (job boards, social media, networking and university partnerships), screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Partner with external recruiters to move candidates through the hiring process while delivering a top-tier candidate experience that aligns with Infinity Contractors’ standards of excellence.
- Infinity Contractors Culture Promotion: Understand and convey Infinity Contractors’ culture, values, and practices to candidates, ensuring they are well-informed about our company and its goals.
- Onboarding: Assist with developing and enhancing the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 year(s) of relevant experience in a recruiting or human resources role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including social media recruiting and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and effectively manage time in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, personal accountability, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of the role.
- Strong decision-making skills and a data-driven mindset.
