Team Lead Job Description
As a Team Lead at Infinity, you will represent a successful automotive technology company by leading a small team of Account Executives responsible for generating qualified appointments in the franchise automotive market. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing qualified appointments for the program at least 50% of the time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Manage a small team of AEs using Infinity’s defined management process
· Responsible for outbound calls using a provided lead list
· Build and manage a sales pipeline
· Navigate through automotive dealership hierarchy to identify the decision maker
· Create a strong, consultative relationship with decision makers and influencers
· Contact customers to establish need and qualify for right-fit criteria
· Transition qualified leads to our client’s internal sales team following a defined process
· Meeting monthly and quarterly quotas, in addition to KPIs
