TITLE: LMS Administrator
Location: Remote in the U.S.
Compensation Range : $50-$58/hour
ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is hiring for an LMS Administrator to support our Global SaaS client's Customer Education team! The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be part of the Customer Education team, within the Global Services organization. Our primary learning audience is external customers and partners, along with internal team members seeking product training and certification. This is a collaborative role, and you will work closely with the customer education team, key stakeholders, IT experts and web development to enable an amazing training and certification experience.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative team player with good communication skills who is an advcoate for delivering great customer service.

What You'll Do:
- User set up and email notifications
- User account management - Fulfill customer and internal registration requests
- Utilize Salesforce to verify customer account status
- Curriculum and course catalog management
- Set up user groups, add branches/courses and enroll/unenroll users
- Load, test and publish new training content and exams
- Certification exam approvals and resets
- Set up and launch new evaluations, notifications and announcements
- Build reporting templates, dashboards and run reports - Collect data and analyze results
- Support and respond to customer and internal team questions
- Ongoing maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of platform issues and requests - subscription packages and set up, adding additional users, adding training managers, etc.
- Develop, streamline and document processes
- Utilize Credly to process certifications and issue badges
- Maintain, support and troubleshoot 3rd party technology – Salesforce integrations, web portal integrations and digital credentialing platform
- BS, MA or MS degree in Educational Technology or other related fields
- 3-5 years of Learning Management System Administration experience in a corporate training environment (Adobe Prime and/or Talent LMS experience a strong plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to see the larger picture and important details
- Experience with integrations of enterprise applications such as Salesforce and 3rd party tools such as Credly, Zoom, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with multimedia development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia and/or other development tools
- Strong interpersonal skills including proven ability to collaborate with teams and individuals at all organizational levels and global regions
- Experience in streamlining manual processes, supporting and maintaining technology platforms, and troubleshooting customer issues in a fast-paced, technology environment.
