EPIC, Health Catalyst
Remote – Large team across country (Nashville, MN, etc.)
3 Month Contract-To-Hire
- Hourly rate comparable to conversion salary DOQ
- Salary range upon conversion: $160,000 - $200,000
- Epic certifications with a focus on analytical capabilities is ideal
- Exposure to Health Catalyst is also very nice to have (i.e., knowledgebase, data warehousing and analytics offerings)
- knowledge of key health management related areas, e.g. network management, population health, quality, compliance, provider engagement, etc.
- proven success in creating analytics across many Provider domains
- General knowledge of the health care ecosystem, including understanding the relationship between payers and providers, and how analytics enables transformation
- Proven Healthcare Data Architecture experience
- designing and implementing data models and data normalization to support analytics with solid knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts
- designing and implementing SQL query and ETL performance optimization
- data modeling experience in healthcare data and related data domains
- data engineering and data warehousing experience designing and building data warehouses, data marts, data lakes, ETL packages, etc.
- data profiling & data analysis in a data warehouse environment
- creating Source to Target Mappings and ETL design for integration of new/modified data streams into the data warehouse/data marts
