Highlights of your role
- Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards
- Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish
- Support or lead jobs depending on experience level
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams
- Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations
- Complete post‑installation service or adjustments as needed
- Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times
- Competitive, experience‑based pay: $32–$38 per hour, based on experience
- Steady schedule with consistent workloads
- Tools, structure, and support so you can focus on the install

- Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping, and sealing skills
- Ability to work independently or help guide less‑experienced installers
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with customers and teammates
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on active jobsites
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Trade school or certifications are a plus but not required — hands‑on experience matters most.
