- Communicate any product or installation issues to our team and the customer.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years installing windows and doors.
- Trim Expertise: Skilled in interior/exterior trim, break work, capping, and caulking.
- Tools & Transportation: Own tools and a reliable vehicle to transport materials.
- Licensing & Insurance:
- Valid driver’s license.
- General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker’s Comp, and Employer’s Liability insurance.
- Team Support: At least one helper to assist with installations.
- Certifications (preferred or willing to obtain):
- Installation Masters Certification
- EPA Lead-Safe Certification (LRRP)
- Job Minimums: Get paid fairly—even for smaller jobs.
- Year-Round Work: Consistent projects for top-quality installers.
- Respect for Your Craft: We value your expertise and treat you like a true partner.
