About Us
Infinity Benefits LLC is a dynamic insurance broker’s office specializing in managing comprehensive employee benefits for small to mid-sized employers. We pride ourselves on top-tier service and are looking for a dedicated CSR / Account Manager to join our remote team! Remote 98% of the time with special occasions to the office (few times a year).
What You’ll Do
- Client Management: Service and manage all aspects of small to mid-size employee benefits accounts such as Enrollments, Terminations, changes and general customer service.
- Market & Renew: Assist with marketing renewals and setting up new business when necessary.
- System Ownership: Process policy changes, update the agency management system, and provide customer support.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Professional: A valid Insurance License is strictly required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar insurance agency/broker role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance products, policy schedules, and employee benefits.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and a great at multi-tasking
