Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Benefits:

• Pay: $72,000 – $85,000/year
• Full-time, flexible scheduling (30–40 hrs/week)

Responsibilities of our BCBA's:

• Conduct assessments & develop treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs
• Provide parent support & track client progress
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Behavior Analyst BCBA certification
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Leadership & communication skills
• Reliable transportation & ability to pass background check
• Willingness to work in school setting & obtain county school badge
