Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Spring Hill, Brooksville, New Port Richey, and Citrus County. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.

You will also have access to Office Puzzle, a user-friendly platform that makes data collection, session notes, and communication simple and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills that promote independence
- Collect accurate data on client progress using Office Puzzle
- Support clients in learning new skills and reducing challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent support
- Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in supervision and training sessions to continue your professional development
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention techniques
- Strong observation and data collection skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to care
- Familiarity with medical documentation and ethical standards in behavioral health
