Your Role

As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will give voice to patient and clinician perspectives in the products we build. You will partner with product managers and conversation designers to ensure our agents communicate with care and empathy. You will conduct product demos for customers, creating clinical scenarios that are relatable and compelling. Leveraging your experience in patient care, you will play a key role in delivering products that better connect patients and their care teams throughout their healthcare journey.

Your Impact

Your clinical training and intuitive understanding of a patient’s journey will be instrumental as we introduce Infinitus AI agents in patient-facing conversations. Your role is essential for patient experience and ensuring successful deployment of AI in healthcare.

Your Skillset

  • Clinician with an advanced degree: Advanced practice provider (NP, PA, etc), early-career physician (MD, DO), or RN with a graduate degree
  • 2 years bedside patient care experience
  • 2 years of clinical administration or non-clinical corporate work experience
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal presentation and writing skills
  • Demonstrated interest in adopting or deploying new technologies in healthcare settings (e.g. EHR or other software rollouts)
  • Team player who will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment

Additional Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with voice technologies such as medical dictation or ambient scribing
