Starting from a food trailer in 2008, we have grown to 4 brick and mortar stores while adding 2 more mobile operations in 12 years. Summary Of Responsibilities
- Coach and develop people with relentlessly high standards to achieve our goals in sales, costs control, employee retention, happy fans, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation..
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- Create a mouthwatering experience for our fans.
- Learn to be a pie artist.
- Surround yourself with driven people that love high operational standards and thrive in exciting restaurant environments.
- Keep accurate, honest books.
- Hire slowly, Terminate Quickly
- Always be a player coach.
- Write schedules, do food orders, count ending inventory, you know, the fun stuff!
- Communicate with Dream Operations Director about ongoing equipment and maintenance issues.
- Receive and log all invoices
- Run tight labor
- Work in tandem with Dream Operations Director and Dream Team Members
- Inspire your staff.
- Earn those 100 % health department scores..
- Keep up with community engagement and internal programs I.E. Pie Gives Day
Qualifications
- Be an exceptional teacher
- 21 years of age
- Be able to maintain reliable transportation.
- Servsafe (or equivalent) certified
- TIPS Certified
- Be people, planet and profit driven
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to navigate a cash register or POS system.
- Be healthy, able to stand on your feet and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work 40-50 hours per week.
Salary : $37,500 - $45,000
