Infinitice, LLC is a Louisville-based, Certified MBE IT staffing and data solutions firm founded in 2015. We provide IT staff augmentation, direct-hire and contract-to-hire placements, and data practice consulting to government agencies and commercial clients.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor role for an entrepreneurial, self-directed Business Development Executive who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and bring new business to the table ? and who wants to help build the growth engine of the company, not just fill a quota.
You already have relationships with IT hiring managers, procurement leaders, HR professionals, or technology decision-makers. You may be an experienced IT staffing or technology sales professional looking for a more entrepreneurial opportunity with real upside and a real say in how the business grows.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and open new client accounts across IT staff augmentation, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
- Build relationships with decision-makers at mid-market, enterprise, and government organizations.
- Manage the business development cycle from initial introduction through signed contract.
- Identify and refer opportunities for Infinitice's data governance and data platform consulting services, partnering with our technical leadership on scoping and closing those engagements.
- Expand successful client relationships into additional departments, roles, and service lines.
- Partner closely with Infinitice's recruiting team to ensure client requirements are filled quickly and well.
- Help shape Infinitice's go-to-market strategy as the company scales.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development, ideally within IT staffing, staff augmentation, technology consulting, or a related field
- Existing relationships with IT executives, hiring managers, procurement leaders, or HR professionals
- A true hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline
- Comfort selling into both commercial and government/public-sector accounts
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and the discipline to operate independently without close supervision
- A track record of turning conversations and relationships into signed business
- Bonus: familiarity with data governance, analytics, or cloud data platform concepts, or experience selling consultative/advisory services in addition to staffing
