INFINITI West Chester is looking for a full-time Parts Counter Person to support our Parts Department.
All qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTS COUNTER (include but are not limited to):
- Responsible for shipping, receiving and wholesale part sales
- Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles
- Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership
- Serve as backup to stocking clerk as necessary
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Perform other duties as assigned
