What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMT Operator position at Infiniti Solutions USA, Inc?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operator is the overall in charge of all the SMT Machines including Screen Printer, Pick & Place & Re flow oven.
· Must have the full knowledge of the SMT Process
· Operator should know the operation of the SMT machines and to load and change the different Pick & Place Programs
· Operator should have the detailed understanding as how to do the Detailed Preventive Maintenance of the Machines
· Operator should be able to Trouble Shoot the Machine in case of the Breakdown.
· Responsible to give the training on the machines to all the Level –I operators.
· Responsible for doing the off line programming of the machines using GC-Place & Unicam Software.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of High School education and at least 5 years hands on Experience in the Manufacturing Environment
· Must be able to interpret Assembly Drawing /BOM/CAD Data
· Must have full working knowledge of operating FUJI machine
· Must have full working knowledge of operating JUKI machine.
· Must have full working knowledge of PICK & PLACE machine
· Knowledge of handling MYDATA will be a plus.
· Must have the Full understanding of the SMT Process.
· Should be able to Communicate with the Machine Vendors for any major problems and also internally in case of any discrepancies found in documentation & Materials.
· Should have good Understanding of the Computer.
