Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager – Infinity of Greenville

We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused pro to join our service team. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while helping lead our advisors to hit key performance goals. What You’ll Do:
• Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and recommend the right services
• Write clear repair orders, explain the costs, and get approval on the spot
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed
• Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team development
• Hit sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scores
• Build lasting relationships to turn one-time visitors into loyal clients
What We’re Looking For:
• 3 years in automotive service advising or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with dealership management systems like Reynolds or CDK
• A positive attitude and natural leadership ability
• Infiniti or luxury brand experience is a plus
