Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:
- Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
- Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs
- Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
- Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
- Follow-up with customers to maintain the relationships and deliver a quality experience
- Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads
Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:
- Sales experience in any industry is preferred
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse personalities and backgrounds is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good presentation and training skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
