Responsibilities - Sales Associates:
Help customers select and purchase the right vehicle for their lifestyle. Bring your 'A game' and great listening skills to work every day!- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Follow proven steps to close deals
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Provide exceptional customer service every day
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards
Qualifications - Sales Associates:
Energetic, goal oriented, and self-motivated to succeed with good communication and customer service skills- No auto sales experience is OKAY! We train for success!
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
