Pay: $55,000-$90,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parts department including inventory control, ordering, and stocking of automotive parts.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Assist service technicians and customers with accurate parts identification and availability.
- Train and supervise parts department staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze parts sales and inventory levels to optimize stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
