This position delivers exceptional customer service and client implementation practices while exceeding client expectations.Typical duties include:Daily administration of Infiniti HR’s Multiple Employer Plan, including processing contributions and distributions, preparing government filings, maintaining plan documents, and providing customer service to plan participants.Work closely with our administrator and clients to provide information needed to implement and maintain new and existing accounts. Serves as a resource to employees regarding retirement savings options and benefits.Processes employee contributions, changes, withdrawals, loan repayments, and questions from employees, clients, and government agencies.Keeping up to date with state required retirement plans and providing client education. Skills needed are:Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracyQuality focused with excellent project management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsUnwavering commitment to customer serviceAbility to successfully pass a background checkPEO industry experience preferredIf you believe this would be the right position for you, please submit your resume along with any additional information that will convince us that you should be part of our amazing team.
