Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor and product expert during all stages of the sales cycle.
- Partner with the sales team to identify, engage, and understand client needs — providing tailored solutions and product recommendations.
- Drive technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Develop technical proposals, service solutions, and support responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support including troubleshooting, implementation guidance, and training.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of products and services, and communicate client feedback internally.
- Collaborate across departments — including engineering, product management, and marketing — to align product offerings with market demands.
- Support occasional domestic and international travel to customer sites for technical studies and project support.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (strongly preferred) or a minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in bulk material handling or technical sales proposals.
- Strong technical knowledge of food, rubber, plastics processing, and associated equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP Business by Design, Salesforce, AutoCAD, or E3D is a plus (training available if needed).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong business correspondence skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
