About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global consulting organization to hire a Large Market Business Developer focused on enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on closing complex deals and building strategic relationships at the executive level. You’ll help large organizations address critical challenges across health, wealth, and workforce strategies, while driving significant business growth.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of large and jumbo enterprise prospects (5,000 employees)
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic outreach, referrals, and executive engagement
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- Develop and present tailored proposals and RFP responses
- Create and execute strategic pursuit plans for complex enterprise deals
- Build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within benefits consulting or HR solutions
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (enterprise clients)
- Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills
- Solid understanding of:

- Strong strategic selling and negotiation capabilities
- Experience driving new logo acquisition in enterprise segments
- Strong industry network and market presence
