Position Title: Senior Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure Engineering
Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months- extendable
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Lead large-scale cloud infrastructure and modernization programs across enterprise environments.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Partner with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive program success.
• Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform and cloud automation technologies.
• Lead Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps transformation programs.
• Manage infrastructure governance, risk mitigation, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Drive ServiceNow, ITSM, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support cloud governance, FinOps, DevSecOps, compliance, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices across multiple technical teams and workstreams.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• 8 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• 5 years leading cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Strong experience managing AWS-based initiatives and cloud migration projects.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Infrastructure Engineering practices.
• Experience managing ServiceNow, ITIL, ITSM, cloud governance, or FinOps initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
• AWS Certification(s).
• PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Healthcare, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Prior experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
