Infinite Studios is a growing custom apparel and merchandise production shop based in Dixon, California. We work with businesses, clothing brands, schools, teams, organizations, and individuals to bring their ideas to life through high-quality custom production.

We are looking for a Screen Printing Production Specialist to join our team and become a key part of our day-to-day production.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a production environment, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to grow with a small but expanding company.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be screen printing production, including:

• Setting up and operating manual and automatic screen printing presses
• Registering multi-color print jobs
• Mixing, handling, and managing inks
• Loading and unloading garments efficiently
• Monitoring print quality throughout production runs
• Operating flash dryers and conveyor dryers
• Breaking down jobs and cleaning equipment
• Screen preparation, reclaiming, and general screen-room work as needed
• Catching print defects and correcting problems before they become larger production issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized production area
• Assisting with general shop production when needed

What We're Looking For

Previous screen printing experience is strongly preferred.

Ideally, you are already comfortable working in a production screen printing environment and understand the basics of registration, ink, screens, curing, garment placement, and quality control.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience with manual and/or automatic screen printing
• Pays close attention to detail
• Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Can follow established production processes
• Is comfortable working independently once trained
• Can troubleshoot common printing and production problems
• Keeps their workspace clean and organized
• Is willing to learn and improve
• Takes ownership of the quality of the work leaving their station

Experience with both manual and automatic presses is a major plus.

Physical Requirements

This is an active production position. You should be comfortable:

• Standing for extended periods
• Repeating production movements throughout the day
• Lifting boxes of garments and production supplies
• Working around inks, cleaning chemicals, dryers, and production equipment
• Working in a fast-paced shop environment

Compensation & Growth

We are looking for someone who can eventually become a reliable, independent member of our screen printing department.

Starting pay: $22/hour

The initial period will be used to evaluate experience, production speed, print quality, reliability, and how independently you can operate.

Once you demonstrate that you can consistently handle production independently, pay can increase to approximately $25/hour.

For an experienced, highly dependable screen printer who can independently set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain production at a high level, there is room to grow toward $30/hour.

We care much more about finding the right long-term person than simply filling a position.
